Boosting economies in rural Georgia was a priority for many legislators during the 2018 session — as evidenced by the number of bills passed. House Bills 876, 735, 769, 951 and Senate Bill 402 are all rural development-related measures that received final passage during this legislative session, and are now waiting on the Governor’s desk for his signature.
