Governor Nathan Deal announced on Monday that state tax revenues were up 1% in June compared to last year. Total receipts were $1.98 billion, an increase of more than $20 million from the $1.96 billion last year. For the year, net collections are approximately $22.7 billion, a 4.4% increase of nearly a billion dollars from last year.
