U.S. Sen. David Perdue (R) made an appearance on Fox & Friends Thursday morning to talk about his frustrations with Congress’s failure to fully fund the government on time, Democrat obstruction, and the latest on the Kavanaugh confirmation process.
One person watching was President Donald Trump himself, who tweeted out some of Perdue’s quotes after seeing the interview. Trump has expressed frustration with attempts by the Democrats to remove funding for border security from the budget.
….The thing that’s lacking is we can’t properly secure the Border because of the Democrats historic level of Obstruction.” Senator David Perdue of Georgia.
