A second major Democrat name flipped his endorsement in Georgia’s 7th District, where a crowded field is lining up to try to flip what was the nation’s closest Congressional race in 2018.  Former Gov. Roy Barnes, still a major player in state politics, joined former U.S. Sen. Max Cleland in switching his endorsement from Carolyn Bourdeaux, who narrowly lost to U.S. Rep. Rob Woodall in 2018, to state Sen.
