The Columbus Rapids are an indoor soccer team set to become one of four founding members of the National Indoor Soccer League (NISL), where it will field both men’s and women’s teams. Fulton County homeowners let out a collective groan Monday following the announcement that property taxes will be increasing by more than 12% over the rollback millage rate.
