After a little prodding from Georgia lawmakers, the (back to back) national champion Georgia Bulldogs will finally get their long-awaited White House visit. COVID restrictions made the traditional visits tricky for a couple years, but pro teams including the Braves have made the trip recently. Downtown Atlanta’s State Farm Arena is quite the box office draw. How big? From October to to March, State Farm brought in $76.2 million across 60 events, making it the third-highest grossing venue in the entire nation, behind only New York’s Madison Square Garden and the Sphere in Las Vegas, and fifth globally.
