Two Atlanta city contractors received their punishment last week for their roles in the Atlanta City Hall bribery scandal. Both E.R. Mitchell and Charles Richards received jail time for paying off unnamed city officials in exchange for contracts, with Mitchell getting 5 years and being ordered to pay $1.1 million in restitution.
