A just-discovered 2014 video reveals a plan by defeated 2018 Democratic gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams’ to change the racial demographics of the electorate heading into the 2021 congressional and legislative redistricting efforts based on the 2020 census. The Georgia activist’s anti-white comments, uncovered by researcher Patrick Howley of National File, were captured on video at a 2014 Power PAC + National Conference, titled “Race Will Win the Race: The Progressive Path to Victory.”
“My eye is on 2021. Because when we do re-districting in 2021, if we have not changed the electorate, especially in the South, we will have a majority minority population that is governed by a minority white conservative coalition. And that’s the most dangerous precedent that we can possibly set for the South in the next 20 years,” Abrams declared.
In addition, this writer has also heard Abrams openly advocating the same mission when talking with lobbyists and showing them 2021 electoral redistricting strategy notes at a 2014 Georgia Chamber of Commerce event held at the King & Prince Hotel on St. Simons Island.
Abrams is currently lobbying to be presumptive Democartic presidential nominee Joe Biden’s vice presidential running mate. But even some Democratic consultants and tip Biden supporters in recent days have noted her heavy baggage– ranging from non-payment of taxes to advocating destruction of the world’s largest (Confederate) memorial carving on Stone Mountain as well as weaponizing race for electoral gain.
Incidentally, Howley is becoming known in media circles for digging up embarrassing past statements, pictures and videos involving left-wing politicians. It was Howley who created a media firestorm when he uncovered the blackface yearbook photos of Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam.
