Agriculture was one industry that couldn’t afford to shut down during the pandemic, and that meant that the Georgia Department of Agriculture couldn’t shut down either.  That meant Commissioner Gary Black and his team had to pivot, do some virtual meetings, and keep promoting Georgia Grown products and programs to keep Americans fed and the state’s agriculture industry – the state’s largest – trucking along.
