According to a study from the American Transportation Research Institute metro Atlanta is home to nine of the worst 100 bottlenecks in the U.S., including two in the top five.  Coming in at number four is the (in)famous Spaghetti Junction at I-285 and I-85, while number five is I-20 at I-285 heading west out of the city.  Transit concerns have always been a key issue for state and local officials, but major bottlenecks continue to have traffic SINKING…
