Hurricane Debby washed across a huge swathe of central and south Georgia Monday, causing thousands to lose power and claiming at least four lives in Florida.  About 25,000 Lowndes County residents lost power due to the slow-moving storm, which is expected to dump 15+ inches of rain by the time it makes its way back offshore later in the week.  There will undoubtedly be major flooding and a cleanup effort to come, leaving south Georgians DRIFTING…
