The Georgia Department of Transportation is embarking on the state’s biggest and most expensive project of all time on Ga. 400. The project will add 16 miles of express lanes stretching from North Springs MARTA Station near Dunwoody all the way up into Forsyth County, as well as add rapid bus service along the route. Atlanta snubbed for ’28 DNC Convention
The City of Atlanta and the Georgia Democratic Party made a strong push to host the 2028 Democratic National Convention, but fell short once again when it was announced that Boston, Denver and Philadelphia are the three finalists.
