A newly elected, self-proclaimed socialist who represents a part of Cobb County is openly instructing criminal illegal immigrants on how to avoid ongoing Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) raids in Georgia.

State House Representative Gabriel Sanchez (Smyrna-based House District 42), elected as a Democrat last November, is wasting no time in promoting his agenda. (Sanchez, who rails against police, was one of the ringleaders in the unsuccessful fight to oppose construction of Atlanta’s new police and first responder training facility in DeKalb County.)

Now, Sanchez has posted a step-by-step video on Facebook instructing criminal illegal aliens about how to evade federal ICE agents. Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr’s office has been notified to determine if Sanchez is violating his oath of office as a legislator, but James Magazine Online hasn’t received a response yet.

Sanchez is a member of the House Democratic Caucus, which irritates Republicans who say their Democrat colleagues have no problem welcoming and socializing with a vocal hater who supports open borders and rails against the police, “capitalism” and “America’s systemic racism.”
