An alarming investigation from the Atlanta Civic Circle found that the city of Atlanta’s Affordable Housing Trust Fund, meant to be used to fund affordable housing initiatives, has been mined by Mayor Andre Dickens’ office to service housing bond debt and pay staff salaries.
