After a wildly successful tenure on the board of the Decide DeKalb Development Authority, Georgia lobbyist Don Bolia is stepping back to take on a consulting role for the county.  A familiar name will succeed him as board chair – Ann Hanlon, executive director of the Perimeter Community Improvement Districts.  During Bolia’s time on the board (seven as chair) Decide DeKalb lured in a number of major companies and projects, like the new Arthur M.
