If you think transfers are getting crazy in college sports, they’ve gotten nearly as out of hand in the high school ranks.  In a move to crack down, the Georgia High School Athletic Association (GHSA) this week put final approval to a rule that would force student athletes to sit out for a full year if they transferred schools twice after the 9th grade.  It also made hardship waivers (which would allow students to skirt the new rule) more difficult to obtain.  The new bylaw by the GHSA has Peach State high school sports RISING…
