There is a statewide election going on in Georgia for two seats on the five-member Public Service Commission. That might come as a surprise to some Georgia voters – or you might think so if you look at the turnout so far. Greater Georgia, a right-leaning voter group founded in 2021 by former U.S. Sen. Kelly Loeffler and dedicated to educating and mobilizing voters, says initial results show “there is more work to be done!”

Early voting in the November 4 General Election began Oct. 14, and as of Oct. 19, statewide turnout was at 1.31 percent.
