Citing examples of dangerous illegals arrested in Northeast Georgia, U.S. Rep. Andrew Clyde, R-GA, applauded the actions of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for arresting criminal illegal aliens in Georgia’s Ninth Congressional District. The action came late last week as Congress broke for the holidays.
“Illegal aliens have no place in the Ninth District, especially those committing violent crimes and bringing lethal drugs into our communities,” said Clyde. “Thanks to President Trump, law enforcement officials are once again empowered to remove criminal illegals from our streets — including right here in Northeast Georgia. I commend DHS and ICE for their swift and decisive action to arrest and deport these dangerous criminals, bringing long-overdue accountability to those who break our laws and threaten public safety.”
