State Election Board (SEB) Executive Director James Mills is incredulous and upset over Fulton County attorney Ann Brumbaugh’s recent admission that batches of 2020 presidential election tabulation tapes went unsigned by poll workers, calling it a “clerical error.”  

Social media is ablaze with complaints that the Fulton election board’s gross oversight regarding the unsigned tabulation sheets was sloppy, unsupervised and violated important rules and state law. Critics note it is a process failure that has never been corrected over the span of five years.
