Douglasville’s Elana Meyers Taylor won her first-ever Olympic Gold Medal Monday in the women’s monobob event (think one-person bobsled).  That elusive gold is her sixth medal overall, making her the most decorated US female athlete in Winter Olympics history.  The Peach State may not be a hotbed for winter sports, but Meyers Taylor has made Georgia very proud, also becoming the oldest American woman to win a medal at 41.  RISING…
