The Georgia political grassroots arms race over the past decade has been fascinating to watch unfold.  Stacey Abrams and her sister organizations, the New Georgia Project and Fair Fight Action, registered hundreds of thousands of voters and helped put two Democrats into the U.S. Senate.  Republicans learned lessons and fought back hard, most recently with Kelly Loeffler’s Greater Georgia organization.  Now the state Democratic Party is ramping up its efforts, with Chairman Charlie Bailey announcing it will have 30 field offices, 60 full-time field organizers and more than 100 coordinated campaign staffers ready to go as election season swings into gear.  The push has Dem grassroots RISING…
