Opinion: Ga. House sought election reform; keep judges away
SB 214’s failure on Sine Die should not be mistaken for a rejection of the policy behind SB 189 when it comes to election issues. If anything, it exposed the difference between declaring a goal and building a lawful, workable path to achieve it.
