What’s the fracking problem?
If you know the answer to that question, please tell us because we just can’t know for sure. Some will tell you that ‘fracking,’ an innovative technique for extracting crude oil from the ground, may cause earthquakes, perhaps such as the one just felt in much of Georgia. Others say not.
