Going to Pot

Three cheers for Gov. Nathan Deal. Last week the General Assembly failed to legalize medical marijuana for catastrophically sick children. But the governor is vowing not to let that moral debacle stand. He and his office are searching for other ways besides a new law in which to get these children the relief they so desperately need. The legislature SUNK to the bottom of the sea on this one, but the executive branch is RISING high.
