The battle over State Rep. Allen Peake’s HB 722, which would allow for medical marijuana to be grown in the state for use by people with one of a handful of pre-approved maladies, heated up this week as supporters rallied at the State Capitol to support it.  Currently use of medical cannabis by those suffering from one of those eight conditions is legal, but actually getting it into the state remains illegal, causing quite the conundrum.  The bill has until the 29th to pass through the State House, but for now a stiff opposition has its fate DRIFTING…
