According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services over 100,000 child refugees have entered the United States since 2013, with nearly 4,000 of those coming to Georgia without any parents.  Metro Atlanta school districts, many of which already face budget deficits and other, more scandalous issues, (*cough* DeKalb County) have been forced to take on these new students, many of whom come from violent backgrounds and speak little to no English.  Refugees are a problem that must be addressed to be sure, but for the burden of caring for and educating them to fall on Georgia taxpayers and their public school systems sees the ship SINKING…
