Atlanta has been selected as one of the cities to receive a chunk of a $250 million initiative from Wal-Mart founder Sam Walton.  The money will assist new charter schools by providing low-interest loans in order to purchase and expand facilities.  Good news for the burgeoning charter school scene in the Peach State, which is at the center of a fierce education debate.  An assist from Walton sees Georgia charter schools RISING…
