June 29 was a day that saw a victory for electoral honesty in Georgia and two other states to ensure that only citizens vote in our elections. Federal Judge Richard Leon issued an order refusing to grant the injunction sought by the League of Women Voters (and the U.S. Justice Department) against the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) in litigation over a state requirement that individuals registering to vote provide proof of citizenship.
