Voters in new cities in DeKalb and Fulton counties created their cities in November elections, and on March 21 those voters will decide who will run those cities when the open the doors.

Stonecrest, in Southeast DeKalb, will be centered around, and named after, Stonecrest Mall. It will have a mayor and five council members.  Twenty candidates qualified to run for those openings, and no races will be unopposed.
