Officials at the company handling the sale of items from the Georgia Dome say the long-delayed fan auction is still going to happen, even as the facility is prepared for demolition and its replacement prepares for its first events.
Josh Bussmann, a sales manager for Schneider Industries, spoke briefly with InsiderAdvantage Friday. “We hope to be making an announcement soon,” he said. “We are compiling all the items for sale.” After that, Bussmann said he was pressed for time and ended the phone call.
