New Savannah Bluff Lock and Dam
As the Army Corps of Engineers continues work on the Savannah Harbor Expansion Project, there still remain many questions but no answers about what to do regarding a necessary fish passage that would impact water levels in Augusta and upstream. The passage allows for several endangered species to access spawning grounds near Augusta.
