Georgia Governor Brian Kemp is creating a ‘Rural Strike Team’ that will focus on job creation and economic development in communities all across the state.  Kemp made the announcement during a stop in Swainsboro Thursday — a day after Georgia was named the top state in the country to do business for the sixth year straight.
