A Georgia Democratic legislator has pre-filed a bill in the Senate that would make it illegal to own certain guns — including any automatic and semi-automatic guns, silencers or high-capacity magazines.
State Sen. Donzella James (D-Atlanta) pre-filed SB 281 on December 4th. So far, she is the only sponsor listed.
