State lawmakers are expected to tackle a number of issues during the 2020 legislative session which kicks off in a few weeks — including healthcare, casino gambling and sports betting. But many legislators believe that the state budget will be the biggest issue in the 40-day session.

District 116 State Rep. Terry England (R-Auburn), who serves as Chairman of the House Appropriations Committee, is one of those who agrees.
