Georgia’s Democratic Party says the dates of delegate selection to the party’s August national convention will now be conducted online. The party also says if you are considering running as a delegate that, “due to the need for gender diversification,” the 6th and 11th Congressional Districts will have 3 female and 2 male slots and the 13th CD will elect 3 females and 3 males.

April 30: DEADLINE (EXTENDED) for District-Level Delegate Candidates to file their Statement of Intent FORMS by emailing them to DNC2020@georgiademocrat.org (preferred) or by mailing them to Democratic Party of Georgia, DNC Delegate Selection 2020, PO Box 89202, Atlanta, GA 30312
May 8: DEADLINE (EXTENDED) for Electors for anyone wishing to vote in District-Level Delegate Elections as Electors must complete THIS GOOGLE FORM by 8pm on May 8. May 23: ELECTION OF DISTRICT-LEVEL DELEGATES: Google Form ballots with all qualified delegate candidates will be emailed to all credentialed electors of the same pledged presidential candidate and in the same congressional district on the morning of May 23.
