It has been a hectic three years since Savannah’s Plant Riverside District first broke ground, and the past few months the most hectic of all. But the new downtown hospitality project, the largest in city history, is slated to open up to the public on July 15th. The $350 million, 670,000-square feet mixed-use development will feature retail, restaurants, entertainment and hotels, and will create more than 700 jobs and tens of millions of dollars in tax revenue for the city.
