John Lewis, especially debating former President Barack Obama’s controversial political remarks in his eulogy. The death of Georgia Republican businessman, broadcaster and 2012 presidential candidate Herman Cain is then discussed. Political topics covered are a Monmouth poll showing President Trump and presumptive Democrat nominee Joe Biden tied in Georgia, and with GOP Sens. David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler leading the pack in their respective fall races. Finally, the lawsuit filed by Gov. Brian Kemp against Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms over her COVID-19 restrictions, and the ongoing mediation between the two, is analyzed.
