Nikki Diamantis, who works out of the Atlanta office of The Southern Group, was recently presented the “2020 Rising Star” Lobbyist award by James Magazine CEO & Publisher Phil Kent. James is the only media outlet in Georgia that annually recognizes the state’s top lobbyists who represent an array of clients. Last fall James readers cast a record number of votes online to recognize not only newcomers like Diamantis but veteran lobbyists ranging from corporate or law firm-related government relations managers to free-lance contractors.
