The Town at Trilith is one of the most unconventional communities in Georgia.  A “creative community” based around Trilith Studios – formerly known as Pinewood Studios – near Fayetteville south of Atlanta, it recently sold its 200th home and currently is home to nearly 1000 residents.  According to town President Rob Parker plans are for 750 homes to be built, along with 300,000 sq. ft. of retail and restaurants to round out what will be a fully functional town entirely built around the state’s film industry.
