As big tech continues to stand on uneven footing with a possible recession looming, Microsoft has hit the pause button on a major planned project on Atlanta’s westside.  The sprawling, 90-acre campus in Grove Park west of the Bankhead MARTA Station was supposed to be an economic development anchor for an entire section of the city, hosting up to 15,000 employees and expanding public transit into the area.  But after laying off about 10,000 employees already this year the tech-giant has stopped all plans for the property.  Hopefully work will continue in the future but for now the project is SINKING…
