Georgia’s public school students continue to perform better than the national average on the Scholastic Aptitude Test – topping their counterparts across the country for the sixth year in a row.
According to information released by the Georgia Department of Education, Georgia’s public-school students recorded a mean score of 1045 – which is 42 points higher than the national average for public-school students of 1003. This data reflects the performance of Georgia students in the class of 2023.
