Calling it a “continuation of the Biden Administration’s war on America’s energy,” U.S. Rep. Andrew Clyde, R-GA, is leading efforts to get questions answered regarding the President’s Energy Policy. Clyde led 25 of his House Republican colleagues in sending a letter to Government Accountability Office (GAO) Comptroller General, Gene Dodaro, urging the GAO to evaluate if the Department of Interior’s recent cancellation of seven oil and gas lease permits constitutes a “rule” for purposes of the Congressional Review Act (CRA).
U.S. Rep. Rich McCormick, R-GA, was one of the co-signers of the letter.
