Georgia citizen Joe Rossi finally got the attention of the State Elections Board. His work and persistence dates to after the 2020 Election, when a Risk Limiting Audit (RLA)was carried out by the Secretary of State’s office. Rossi closely examined it and found 36 errors in the Fulton County data in the RLA report posted on the Secretary of State’s website.

After that, Rossi starting pressing authorities to review his data and was at first ignored. Finally, Rossi was able to show the errors to staffers in Gov. Brian Kemp’s office. After a Kemp probe, the State Elections Board initiated an investigation (labelled SEB2021-181) into the data from the RLA report.

Eventually the SEB identified violations and errors in the county’s 2020 election results.
