Due to last week’s bad weather, the Georgia House of Representatives appropriation hearings were delayed to this week. So today at 1 p.m. the House Appropriations Education subcommittee will meet with education agencies including the Department of state Education. Link to watch here

Bills of special interest range from Gov. Brian Kemp’s “Top State for Talent Act” to specifics regarding his much-heralded tort reform legislation. They are expected to be introduced any day now.
