An array of Georgia energy projects were put on hold thanks to a month-long federal funding freeze, but the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority got good news this week – they’re back on. 17 projects in total across the state are now clear to move forward, with grants including EV charging stations and energy audits. Carr joins LSU football fight
In the South, college football is religion – and now it’s politics too. Members of the Southeastern Conference (SEC) are furious with LSU over its attempts to sign players already in the NFL to come back to college to play for the Tigers. On Wednesday, Attorney General Chris Carr, (presumably at the behest of some big names at UGA) urged the SEC to take “all measures available” against LSU.
