Bill White, the hard-charging political firebrand who led the Buckhead cityhood movement within Atlanta several years ago, is back on the scene – and poised to become the next ambassador to Belgium. A longtime ally of President Donald Trump, White left Georgia after the Buckhead effort failed, moving down to Florida and helping fundraise for Trump’s 2024 victory. Could Paramount be coming to Georgia?
Paramount Skydance, one of the biggest and most prominent entertainment companies in the world, is furious at its home state of California over a lawsuit filed by the state’s attorney general attempting to stop a merger. In response, Chair David Ellison has threatened to move from Los Angeles to a state not actively suing his company, and Georgia was on the shortlist of possibilities. Gov.
