One of the world’s leading financial rating services, S&P Global (Standard & Poor’s), has released their bi-annual rating and the Georgia Ports Authority (GPA) has again received an excellent rating of AA/Stable on its revenue bonds. The rating is roughly the same they received from Moody’s last fall, ensuring confidence in continued investment for the Georgia logistics hub that is ever-improving its capabilities through its own infrastructure investment.

“The Georgia Ports Authority is appreciative of this assessment by S&P Global, a leading financial rating firm. We’re looking forward to another successful year of throughput with our ongoing investment in infrastructure, developing new business and serving the people of Georgia and the Southeast,” said Griff Lynch, President and CEO of Georgia Ports Authority.
