Democratic candidate for governor Jason Esteves resigned from his Atlanta-area state Senate seat Wednesday to focus on his campaign.  With the special election to replace him likely to be in November – it could come with another interesting wrinkle.  A competitive race to fill his dark blue seat could spark Democratic turnout on the same day that we have two competitive, statewide Public Service Commission races.  Republican voters will need to up their own turnout to match or their PSC seats could be DRIFTING…
