Former Lt. Gov. Geoff Duncan entered the 2026 governor’s race Tuesday – as a newly minted Democrat.  A staunch never-Trumper who drew the ire of the president and his allies in the fallout of the 2020 election, Duncan enters a crowded Democratic field and will have to try to earn the trust of liberal voters who may question some of his left wing bona fides.  Can a candidate who was adamantly against the Democratic platform only a few years ago now capture the hearts of party voters?  DRIFTING…
