A pair of bills introduced in the U.S. House last week look to make some reforms in the judicial world. The bills are not related per se, though there is some overlap, but it is notable that two Georgia congressman have introduced separate legal legislation that would mean major changes to U.S. courts. 

U.S. Rep. Rich McCormick, R-GA, introduced legislation called the Litigation Reimbursement Act that would ease the burden on Americans tried in federal courts, civil or criminal, and require full reimbursement for legal expenses by the federal agency responsible.
